How to configurate you PS2 Emulator PCSX2

If you have problems to configurate your Emulator
than this Tutorial could help you.

GET THE PLUGINS AND BIOS

First of all you need to download the necessary Plugins & BIOS to run the Emulator.

(don't worry, i tryed it and there aren't any virus)

EXTRACT THE FILES

Now just extract the files and copy & replace them into the folder where you run PCSX2.

OPEN PCSX2

Now open PCSX2 and click

Config -> Plugin/BIOS Sektor

than try different settings. For me worked these:

The area is important for the games you wanna play.

These Plugin settings worked for me.

WHAT IF THERE IS NO SUITABLE GS PLUGIN?

It is possible that PCSX2 always crashes and closes.

The cause for this is your GS Plugin.

If you open the GS Plugins, there is a list of different Plugins.

It can be that you don't find a suitable because you haven't the newest version of DirectX.

First of all check your Version of DirectX.

Press Start   -> enter "dxdiag"


If you have DirectX 10 or DirectX 11 than you just have to update it.

Download :
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=19743

and install it.



NOW LOOK AT YOUR GS PLUGINS AGAIN

Now there should be more Plugins avalible.
One of them should fit.
